What Nova has done is quite simply a disgrace. Teachers and Staff not getting paid and the former president of the company no where to be seen. Why is that? How can the main person behind this madness mess just dissapear. People have known Nova has been in trouble for ages, so why did not the authorities do anything sooner? Bloody crazy madness. I have a lot of friends who work for Nova and the horror stories I have heard are a disgrace.

To be honest the whole situation stinks like dogshit!!!!!! I hope all the teachers get their salaries and the students get refunded but it does not look like it.

Crazy madness and are you telling me nobody knows where the former president of the company is yeah right someone does so stop protecting him and let him get arrested and face all the charges, for all those people who are really suffering now…

You are out of your fucking mind! Will the students pay my rent, my bills and food? Or for my kid’s food? The least you can expect from a company is for them to pay you on time. Basically your rationalization to stay will the company is out of fear. You are like a battered wife. Get a fucking clue. I jumped ship when the company began doing immoral things (taking out rent and not paying landlords) and you are sticking up for them. The walkout will help to shed light on the injustices of a morally and economically bankrupt company. You bring up the Japanese staff, you are forgetting one thing, WE ARE NOT JAPANESE! You are probably one of those pathetic foreignors who think they are Japanese. Well, I hope you work for two months without pay just like the staff.

We want nova to come to an end. That is whole point of this!!!!! NOVA will definatley go bankrupt there is no queston of that. The only hope for it survival is that Nozomu kun steps aside. And that wont happen untill everyone in nova refuses to work and demand his resignation. I am truly stunned that people actually went to work today. This situation is a true test of character and im truly ashamed to say that many people including people i thought were my friends are actually complete pussies.

Anne do you really have that much faith in a company which has consistently lied to its employees and to its consumers. Nova is a service industry, and it provides less service then Macdonald’s.
The service policy at the Starbucks I worked at was better then Nova. At least at the Starbucks when some one messed up you got a refund. At Nova they lie to the consumer in order to not allow them a refund.
This isn’t the fault of poor teachers, but simple bad management and a horrible unsustainable growth policy. The company is supposedly being evicted from the payroll office building on the 25th, if they can’t pay the rent they can’t pay the employees. If they can’t pay the employees we can’t work.
Don’t be a scab. Support the others who refuse to work for free.

Huh? Nova already assured that, selling the warrants (78% of the company) to a guy who got arrested.

The walk is not going to work!!! Its only going to cause the end to come sooner. If you still want a job next month then go to work. Seriously we are going to get paid, yeah its a little late but I would rather get paid late and still have a job with Nova next month. Come on guys its not that bad, the Japanese staff can put a smile on their faces and get on with it so why cant we?
We need to pull together and work through it, remember the students havent done anything wrong.
